I don't understand how people think...
Riiiight...okay.
Let me elaborate fard marra kamen : Leave Ashoura out of this. Seriously.

Totally off topic yaay I'm staying out of the gay\lesbian thing here because it seems as though to get any thread going we shove sex and\or religion into it, and that is fine considering the fact that this thread IS about sexual orientation but I don't see what put the Ashouraa reference in here at all.

Other peoples' brains "tell" them to drink in an unreasonably excessive manner to the point of potentially hurting others of physically and mentally...let's not get started about all the other things that brains "tell" people to do. Don't listen to the voiiiiceees

Walking the streets is fine...people walk the streets all the time to make a point.

The act of "tatbir" has been denounced by the majority of scholars.Go look it up somewhere, I won't bother looking things up to show you Not only that, but donating blood is also encouraged w fee ajer (fee ajer from a strictly 7ekm l 3amal prespective...don't turn this into a people do it to "go to heaven and not because it's right" deal). Also, the act of tatbir hasn't been present at the time of any of our previous imams.

People attributing their idiocies to religion makes just as much sense as them attributing their cleverness to eating za3tar w zeit sandwiches for breakfast. Fahm l neis l ghalat byerja3 la fahm l neis l ghalat w no2ta 3al sater. (l masheyekh being part of l neis sometimes unfortunately, but no idiocies could thrive from Islam in its purest forms)

As for the majeles 3aza, please don't even mention them given that you haven't been to one and even if you have you wouldn't understand the philosophy behind them. If a guy cries nowadays, he's so open minded and sensitive and modern, bas eza byebke 3a shi khasso bel deen...a3oozo billeh l beda3

A thousand or 10 thousand years ago, you have no idea whatsoever about Ashoura or Imam Hussein (A.S) or anything remotely relating to any of that so spare us please. And yes, it's entirely normal to stick to your pure human instinct of loving perfection and righteousness and hating all forms of unfairness and inadequecies no matter how long ago they took place.
That is why people cry...I didn't have any idea about Ashoura or anything relating to it a while ago, but I had the decency to respect other people's beliefs and be quiet about it.

Mnel ekhir...stop shoving religion into anything in here just because you skimmed through a two line paragraph and you think it'd make you appear so in the know and able to make a point because it doesn't. Khallsoona ba2a!!

The kids (in general) nowadays are simply unbearable. I look at them hairstyles and clothes, kel wa7ad mfakker 7alo shi shagle kbire. I'm not talking about little cute babies that you all like, but kids above 10. I was kidding in my previous post, nevertheless the hint was intended.

Take a look at Emos, for example. These kids deserve to be tortured and killed so that they'll f#cking die. I don't care whether they want to be different and turn into a philosophical Socrates. I hate people who change themselves just to seek recognition.

I hate gays, I don't care what they think of themselves or what they think of me. It's also not their fault to be gays. But when someone likes to show off that he's gay and wears and acts like a b!tch, then he deserves to be killed with fire. Afterall:

I love lesbians

I'm sure he was an outstanding person, but I don't think it is possible the way I see people actually crying over someone they have not yet met and who is dead since long ago. how can someone time when he is going to cry? (like okay on December 5, I will cry my heart out, other days I will be happy) I'm not objecting the commemoration or the prayer or the moral of the story or anything except the blood in the streets and merely asking about how can people cry like that, but really I'm not going to stop them from doing that because it does not affect me

and that really was the whole point, I am comparing stuff that I don't like/understand to something hassan did not like/understand and saying that if it does not affect us, live and let live

about systa's video, although it was meant for me I really liked it to the point of thanking him

I was making a point and I think I made it, I don't want to debate the subject, I really don't care, it's not hurting me, I'm getting a day off, I get to sit home and watch the blood on TV, lets let it go here please

and I agree 100% and you have the right to hate whatever you want, and I hate them too you can't pass a law against a group of people because you hate them, you must point out a harm they are doing...

It was a simple question, "What will you you do? what will be your reaction?"

How did you get to this!

I love repeating myself
The crying takes place not in a mushy cry baby manner. The sadness is a form of grief relating to a whole message and principles upheld, it is not crying over whoever because they were tall or beautiful or generous or whatever. It is a very conscious form of grief if I may put it at that... it involves reason and righteousness and a whole condensed history of 1400 something years...all that plus the emotional part naturally.
It isn't a planned crying either... you can't know all what majles goers know and not cry at certain points that transcend to you personally...that's why not all people cry as hard as others at certain things.
I'm not speaking out of thin air here either... The one majles I went to (back in the day)...I didn't cry...why? Because I didn't know then what I know now.
You certainly don't know either...so let's cut it short.
Enough with the blood examples too because I cleared that out well enough....you mentioning it again is disrespectful to the whole thing.
Also, next time you try to make analogies, keep people's beliefs out of them...especially if they're irrelevant.
Let's let it go here indeed.

There's a book called "Why men don't listen, and women can't read maps" that explains the difference between men and women.
And there's a whole chapter in that book that explains how a fetus' brain is developed during pregnancy, and the book mentions how some people are born homosexuals due to hormonal disorder while being a fetus.

Before judging homosexuality and calling it a mental or a social disorder, read this book before.
