Do u think a man can love more than one woman at a time? And what do u think of the multiple marriage thing if there is no reason for it; i mean needing babies..

I don't like the concept of multiple marriages, neither for men nor for women

multiple marriages for a man undermines the value of women
why men can marry many women and women cannot do so?
it just promotes the concept of sexism and that men have more right than women just because they are men

now if both men and women start marrying many times, that makes marriage useless
what is the meaning of marriage if it doesn't bind you to a single person?

so yeah no matter how you spin it, multiple marriages are bad

about the needing babies, nothing physicly stops people from having sex. and signing a useless piece of paper(marriage in this case) does not justify having sex for babies.

chou ela ta3mé getting married if you can just marry every single owman you meet?

She meant getting married to another woman if your wife cannot bear children.

well my uncle married a woman , and it appeared that they would have abnormal children , so he married another woman , and it appeared that she cannot have children .

well i m against multiple marriage chou ma ken l reason......and if my wife can't have children there's always a way to have...medical things dunno how or adoption....and no man can love more than one woman at a time and if he do it's disrespectful for both of them if he married them both at the same time.....so...i'm totally against it....

I can't get why men marry more than one woman,especially when there isn't a really really good reason(wanting babies).
If the wife couldn't have a baby and the husband decided to re-marry for that reason,it makes sense to me.
Still,if he married the second woman just to have a baby,it would be unfair from his side since he doesn't love her,and it'd make the first wife feel like she's not good enough
Long story short,I don't like the idea of a man marrying more than one woman,and if he really loves her he'd accept her for what she is,with or without a baby

well i don;t know about you guys but speaking of my point of view when in the church the husband and bride get married they agree to be to gather in the sarra2 wa fil darra2 so there you go the babies argument dropped, you can;t defy gods will, it will defy the idea of marriage plus nowadays you can use labs to do anything or combine anything so no need to multiple marriage, plus god created the woman as the other half of a man, not his quarter or third, and it is also stated that the men and woman united they form the united one.

I don't think that someone could love more than one person at the same time.
so multiple marriages happens when a man doesn't love his wife, or just for sexual aims.

In my opinion getting babies is not an enough reason, when 2 persons get married they do it because they love each others not because they want to have babies (that's my opinion at least) babies can be adopted but love cannot be adopted.
