restart your pc, and then when it starts again, press f8,
you'll get a list, choose "safe mode with networking" if you are using Win XP

man, i can see where is your problem, press ctrl+shift+esc to open task manager, and close all tasks except those: svchost(4 of them), explorer,system, system idle process, smss, winlogon, services,lsass,,slrundll,spoolsv, taskmgr.
and now u should have stopped the virus, now delete,
else, uninstall your anti virus and get kaspersky antivirus wich can be found in the programs gallery in this forum, make sure u perform a full scan, if the antivirus does not detect the virus make SURE u UPDATE it.
