hi chabeb plz i need to know step by step how to create an Paypal account (which bank what we do) and how can i buy from that or give money to someone (...may be a site) ...so plz help me ....

dont bother, Paypal will not accept any lebanese credit card.
they used to check only the IP, now they check the f'in(please mask the swearing or avoid it ) banks too.

paypal isn't the only method to pay online ! And there are other ways to refill your paypal account !

yep, uno paying on the internet is easier then western union, you should find another way to take donations, this way ur not gonna get any!! uno you know better then anyone the % of users who come from Lebanon so that's the same % who's not gonna be able to donate, uno people don't really like to do a lot to give money, uno they are not gonna y3azbo albone if they can't, they are just gonna say jarabet w ma 2dérét!
