being a medical doctor not surgeon i'm against all kinds of plastic surgeries (coz they make more money than us) hehehe just kidding ...plastic surgery is misunderstood in our community...it doesn't always means breast augmentation or nose jobs or silicon injections...it deals more with correcting deformities resulting from traumas, burns, congenital anomalies etc...and women still can breast feed after augmentation for those who asked but they are more liable for infections !!!

thats not what i heard ... coz even with w breast reduction a women can still breast feed 3adeh... coz in these surgeries they deal with the "muscle" and not the "glande" ... they can take off a part of the glande but byeb2a mni7 menna .. w i dt think bi asir 3a shi

yes sarah32 you are right and that what i actually said "women still can breast feed after augmentation "... coz it won't interfere with the glands nor the ducts ... so they can still feed whether reduction or augmentation ... I only said they are more liable to get infections since they are introducing foreign materials to their bodies ...

About 6 packs, well it's easier then going to the gym so mitl ma badone bass I never saw someone who did it so ma ba3rif kif byotla3 to give my oppinion.
