**plz need help**

i'm like you hate to format my pc...this could be a virus as someone mentioned it here before...the name of the virus is brontok.
it effects system's winlogon file and hides tools menu..
also it will restart pc if you open msconfig, registry editor or dos..

i would recomend to download new definitions for your anti-virus

or download its remover from

start - run - gpedit.msc
User configuration - Administrative templates - Windows components - Windows explorer - disable "Remove the folder options menu item from the tools menu"

you are expanding administrative templates under window configuration..i wrote expand user configuration not window configuration...anyway i hope this works ... but the problem is i guess your computer is infected with a virus and you should remove it ... try the tool i sent you before ... w in case sakkarit ma3ak 3al e5ir w you had to format your pc i'll tell you how u can backup your winks

i think if he tried to run gpedit.msc it will restart his pc (at least that what i read concerning this particular virus)..that's why baramna el barme ...
