Mitain, i have a big experience with PSPs i had it since almost 2 years ya3ni jebta min lamma nezlit in usa & about the games u may find few websites to download free psp games but you should make sure that u have the firmware 1.50 if not u will have to downgrade or flash ur psp that's kinda complicated but also about the games u can find them all over the torrent websites..

i doubt you may find cheaper than this price in stores... to do so, click on Buy now>PSP Isos and order your games...

beware of those usa sites advertising unlimited psp dls, they will just give u a p2p program, it is like downloading torrents!
as for playing games from ur memory stick, check ur board and firmware 1st , cuz it wont work on everything. i think they hacked the new 3.03 firmeware, anyways, i m sticking with originals on the psp, cuz downgraders suck.,
