Music is always an existing element when it comes to relaxation.
Basically, When I'm having a bad/gd day, I just walk and listen to music at the same time. Sometimes I listen to soft music, other times to rock. A walk is a must, even if it was at 3 o'clock in the morning. Moreover, when i take a shower, I think of many things, a combination of everything: past, present and future, things that occurred recently and things that I'm planning to do. I managed to solve difficult issues just through a shower  Music + Walking = a Medicine
