I like running but unfortunately I can't in fact I can't practise any sports because I can't breathe normally cause of some problems...

LOL well when 7 Israeli missiles fall 50 meters next to your house. You better run to the shelter, although we took the elevator :P. Also when the police is chasing your demonstration kaman you have to run. I remember in the downtown FPM demonstration in 14 march 2004, I ran like there was no tomorrow.

I don't run but I love walking especially in summer bil jabal, sometimes walking otheres jogging it's great for ur health and it hepls releifing the stress...

رياضة الجري تحسن اداء العقل وتزيل الاكتئاب والقلق

كشفت نتائج دراسة بريطانية حديثة أن ممارسة رياضة الجري بانتظام قد لا تقتصر فوائدها على تحسن صحة القلب بل إنها مفيدة للصحة العقلية أيضا. وأوضح الباحثون في دراسة تابعت مجموعة من الرجال البريطانيين في منتصف العمر لعشر سنوات أن من يمارسون تمرينات رياضية قوية أقل عرضة للاصابة بالاكتئاب أو القلق بمرور الوقت

وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن التمرينات الرياضية ربما تؤثر بشكل مباشر على الاكتئاب من خلال تأثيرها على كيماويات معينة بالمخ، وقد تكون لها أيضا فوائد غير مباشرة من خلال تحسين اعتزاز الشخص بذاته أو شكل جسمه.

أشارت الدراسة إلى أن الإفراط في شرب الماء أثناء رياضة الجري أو غيرها يتسبب في الإصابة بنقص الصوديوم في الدم‏,‏ وهو ما يتعرض له العديد من الرياضيين الأمر الذي ربما يعد سببا للوفاة المفاجئة لبعضهم‏.

شدد الخبراء علي خطورة لجوء الرياضيين لتناول كميات كبيرة من الماء والسوائل قبل أن يدهمهم العطش‏,‏ وذلك خشية الإصابة بالجفاف الناجم عن فقدان كميات من سوائل الجسم بسبب التعرق الشديد‏.‏

well i run almost everyday , running helps me to burn calories and keep my body shape, as for, where i run ,
it depends at winter i register in a GYM cuz the bad weather
but for the summer i do run outside on the beach boulevard nxt to my living place at amchit and i prefer running outside
