I do think it is just a woman's issue. and the only reason i say that is because even if the father decides they will raise the child. But that mother has to sacrifice her body for 9 months. And if she is not willing too she shouldnt have too.

We had a philiosophy lesson about this and just like each human (yes that embryo is considered to be a human) has the right to life. And at the same time NO ONE has the right to some one else's body.

So technically no one has the right to use ur body if u dont want it. and i agree with that. and to me its not just a matter if she is going to raise the child or not because she can give the child to his father or even give him/her up for adoption.

but my point is if the mother doesnt want the child to use her body then if she forcefully has to go through the pregnancy she could be morelikely to drink and go on drugs just because she doesnt CARE about the pregnancy so therefore that will lead to ruining the baby's life too.

so i dont see why it shouldnt be the mother's choice. its not all about when the baby is born. those nine months before are very important and if a woman isnt willing to take care of the child living in her then its not gonna be that easy for the child to continue their life afterwards especially if they are coming out of a mother with a drug addiction or an alcoholic
