the flood started in babylion (Iraq) and parts of the ships were found in turkey, Greece, rome.... so i dont think that the float is in middle east only. ino at least nothing proves so. water covered all the earth (story says that no one except who are in the ship will survive) and somehow the level of water decreased and lan appeared.
