bas i copied this from the old civil war thread. This is what i meant.
I clearly said these were the rules of the old civil war
I believe those dates were set to prevent members from registering and posting just so that they can meet the minimum number of posts and vote.
ex: someone registers 2 days before voting ends to help out a friend and posts in all the sections until they get 50 posts. And then they can vote
This rule was made to prevent such things. I can't say i'm against it.
