Vcoderz Civil War [Rules & Teams]

This thread is just to organize things before we actually start.

Anyone wishing to create a team should say so here, and should ofcourse name the team. Anyone wishing to join at team should contact the others via pm or msn and the ones participating will later be announced by each team.

We should get our teams together and agree on the rules first. How many players per team? Who can vote? Duration of the war? What is NOT allowed in the war...etc...

What about users with 1 or 2 posts? or new users? should they be allowed to vote? What about a minimum vote rule? Users with 20 or 50 votes minimum can vote? Users who have not been active for more than 2 or 3 months? We should be specific

Rules:

1- All Members who are registered before 22.12.2008 & Posted their 20th Post BEFORE 22.12.2008 are ALLOWED to vote

2- Admins/Mods Are ALLOWED to Vote

3-The Poll will be Reset, and Voting will be starting in a While

4- The War Will be Extended until Monday 29.12.2008 @ 12 PM

5-This announcement was approved by El-Meghwar on Behalf of "Soqoor Jahanam Team", and Sogelec on behalf of "Kaizeumatics Team", Enigma and xcoder on behalf of Mods & Admins

6- No animals, pornography, or personal pictures. w pornography ma ya3ne a guy or girl wearing a bikini even that is not allowed

7- No religious or political insults.
