as for the bolded part, it's very shallow. Why don't you also go call the workers in Apple Industry who make a living from Apple ( even if minimal) silly if they don't want to praise mighty Steve jobs since you think he's providing work for them and they should be grateful for him ... when in reality that aspect didn't even occur to him or anyone in the apple industry directors.
Also, let me just tell you that even 2,000-3,000 years ago even though countries weren't even civilized and so people faced a lot of pain in their lives and yet hapiness was still prevalent at that time and there was adequate amount of amusement and they did not feel like they lacked anything. New products are not really "holy" and sacred. They actually create new tastes and encourage bigger appetites which if not satiated will cause more pain to the person than that which he experienced when these products never existed to begin with.
