again you're assuming stuff, like what is natural and what is not, assuming that it will spread

you're also making it sound like being gay is really really cool and we(the people) just want the excuse to be gay, by saying that if laws were passed it would spread. really? you think straight people will turn gay if the law allows? would you?

you're also making it sound like lebanon would be the first country in the world to have gay marriage laws, when already it exists in all of europe and in the US now, and the society didn't crash, the europeans built the hadron collider and are making a new leap in physics, what did we do lately?

edit: before gay marriage laws in lebanon, I am still waiting for a heterosexual marriage law we don't have one!

edit: adding...

Homosexual behavior in animals refers to the documented evidence of homosexual, bisexual and transgender behavior in non-human animals. Such behaviors include sex, courtship, affection, pair bonding, and parenting.[20] Homosexual and bisexual behavior are widespread in the animal kingdom: a 1999 review by researcher Bruce Bagemihl shows that homosexual behavior has been observed in close to 1500 species, ranging from primates to gut worms, and is well documented for 500 of them.[20][23] Animal sexual behavior takes many different forms, even within the same species. The motivations for and implications of these behaviors have yet to be fully understood, since most species have yet to be fully studied.[207] According to Bagemihl, "the animal kingdom [does] it with much greater sexual diversity—including homosexual, bisexual and nonreproductive sex—than the scientific community and society at large have previously been willing to accept."[208]
