Parental Time Control

I need good software that can control how much each user can use a PC each day.

I have a young brother and a sister (bloody twins) that are driving us crazy with their fighting

Even if the PC only had mine sweeper they'd still fight.

easy cafe is the solution....it is what used in net cafe and easy to use

Some anti viruses have parental control built in them, so check you might have one.

and If you use win 7, then it has a built in Parental control that has exactly what you want.
