akid not the only one, rudz ur forgetting the core, and core2, celeron and pentium dual core ... :P
the pentium D is the bual core pentium 4 based on the netburst arch. the core 2 duo is based on the core arch. hte new design with the fused cores , the petium D is simply 2 Prescott cores joined together, much as the core2 quad [ 2x core2 duo cores] note: AMd was the first to release a try fused dual core cpu
and thers the pentium dual core that is the celeron processor based on the core architecture but dual they come in series 2xxx the core 2 comes in series 6xxx and 7xxx the pentium D are 9xx

in the end onething to say... AMD RocKs :P

i was mentioning only the pentium, and i did not forget the pentium dual core, because it's name is Pentium E2xxx (right?)
let's wait for the head bumping penryn VS barcelona before you say that AMD rocks:P
