Really truth hurts i know, and my heart goes to ur master coz he ain't been seen as a saint these days. excuse us coz not all of the lebanese people are that blind.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Anyway: (elnashra)

Mr. Safadi is trying to advertise for these 2 candidates who are 100% involved in the 14 feb clan as consencus but they aren't and i don't think the opp. will agree on them if we take back alook at their political backgrounds and achievments.

You still didnt answer my question. Try to build constructive debates instead of throwing words randomly. I asked a question why dont you answer and give examples?

hahahahahah !!!! and who the hell are you in order to give Hariri the green light to choose a president ?? what do u represent in the Christian community that makes you choose the president ?!! u can't even get more than 1 deputy in the parliament ( Setrida Geagea) and all the others came with the FM-PSP votes !!

grow up, u have no right to even choose anything.. the 70% of christians are the majority and THEY have the constitutional right to decide ALONE their president, we can take the 30% opinion into consideration but in the end the decision is ours. it's not you or Hariri or Jumblat or Bush or anyone in this world who can impose a puppet on the head of the Lebanese republic.. rou7o khayyto bgheir hal msalleh, this time is different, trust me .

we were talking about choosing the strongest christian president and why christians doesent have the right to choose their president since the strongest in the shiaa is elected a speaker in the parliament and the strongest in the sunna is appointed at the head of the government.

this is a lie and a joke ? OH REALLY ? what about the elections in 2005 ? can u read the results ? when i talk about 70 % of the christians it includes also the Votes in Baabda-Zgharta-Batroun etc ...
and since you didn't agree on early parliamentary elections the results of 2005 still remain the base of everything .. u want to wait untill 2009 in order to make new parliamentary elections ? fine ! untill then we represent the 70% and ONLY new elections and new results can deny that fact !!

and about fooling you, i just can tell you that the LF and such people like the LF are the last thing we care about . we have more interesting things and goals to achieve much more important than fooling you !!

you ever read those? or you are just a blind supporter?
in both cases i will answer this. no one have the right to talk in the name of the christians. ok some people voted for R & C candidates (R & C and not all fpm) but this doesnt mean that the christians wont change their minds and they did in august 2007

We as lebanese and 14 March parlemantary bloc are the majority. the alliance have the majority so wait till 2009 and until then live with the fact.

What will happen and what will be the consequences??

Plz keep this thread for your opinions & and the comments on Tuesday's major event.

IMO, I don't think we will have a new President elected right away. This stalemate could possibly go on for two more years. At that time, there will be Parlimentary Elections in which the opposition will win enough seats to elect General Aoun President. The opposition would easily win, but they need to be patient, two more years...

it's not a personal wish, it's a fact.LF's political weight is so clear to everyone.you can check any statistics company or elections results.FPM and Marada have the majority of the votes in the Christian street.you are just a minority.

I didn't understand what are you aiming for . Yes FPM is a secular party and we are seeking secularism in Lebanon, but till then we have to live with the fact that Lebanon's current regime is a sectarian one.
FPM has the majority of the Christian votes, it's true but it doesen't mean that we are a Christian party ! we have thousands of non-christian in FPM and they are equal to any christian member, and maybe someday after GMA, a non christian may be elected as president of FPM party, will it make us a non christian party ??
but there is a current fact that FPM the secular party represents the majority of the christians in addition to other Lebanese non christians, and that's make General Aoun the strongest christian(politically) in Lebanon with a huge support from other lebanese brothers. I doubt that someone in Lebanon's history reached GMA's current popularity !

Great !! i hope that one day we will reach a point when no one talks in the name of his religion but in the name of his country, and that's what u LF'ers won't never reach but untill then the christians have the right to have a political representation and the only way to choose this representation is by elections.and since the last elections happened in 2005 we will stick to its results untill new elections take place.

Quote:
what about the 2007 elections. and post-freedom for dr. geagea? what about all the events that happened in 2 years?
the 2007 elections was a subsidiary elections and not general elections, and it was on One seat ! and in spite of all the circumstances (blood trading, crying on TV's and in front of the mothers, 12 million $$, mjannasin votes ...) We won that elections and we got more than 53% of the christian votes in Metn. so we are still the majority, and our bloc is now 23 deputies when we was in 2005 : 22 .. it doesen't mean our popularity is decreasing but in contrary it's increasing .

about all the events that happened in 2 years : you must wait untill 2009 elections in order to evaluate these events.. and if you are in a hurry, convince your leaders and your allies in the 14 thingy to agree on early elections so everyone can view his political size.

Quote:

a stolen majority elected by the help of HA and Amal, and without their votes you wouldn't have the majority.don't NEVER forget that.. bunch of traitors.

Quote:

personally i don't care... but showing the truth is a necessity from a time to another.

Of course not but we're Lebanese as well keep this in mind so stop trying to exclude us from this country.

We represent 20% of the Christian street, let's go for new early elections ever wondered why your leadership(s) refuse this?
However elections 2007 showed that FPM can win in the most critical situations.
