Sony downgrading the PS3

Usually when you get something you are afraid of the fact you are an early adopter because you might miss some stuff that might get released later and that will be incompatible with your software. UNLESS you are a Sony consumer, in this case getting the product sooner will mean you get more stuff. The PS3 for example was available in 60GB and was backward compatible with PS2 games when it first came out. NOW Sony decided to only offer 40GB version and remove the backward compatibility! so now you can't play your old PS2 games on your PS3 and you have to choose a game from the tiny catalog available for the PS3!! Sony's PR department can't get stupider then this!

It's all about pricing, what is the price of the 40gb one?
and why does anyone want to play ps2 games on ps3 these days, cuz all the games ur gonna buy are available for PS3.

sony is a piece of shit company they do good consoles and games BUT their rules SUCK BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been with Sony since PS1 buying every console they make they are the best but when it came to psp and ps3 with updating firmwares and all the crap, they got ****ed up, loosed a lot of customers. They want to stop the hacking process but since we have these genius people outthere hacking every single firmware sony releases hopefully we will beat their asses !!!

40 gb will be in markets ,

but the 60gb will be replaced by an 80 gb one which will be priced the same as the 60gb or less


so i dont think its a stupid act after all
