ردّ رئيس "الكتلة الشعبية" النائب الياس سكاف على تهمة تواطئه في عملية بيع أراض في منطقة "زحلة" لصالح إيران بواثائق تشير إلى أن رئيس الحكومة فؤاد السنيورة أصدر نهاية شهر شباط الفائت مرسوماً نافذاً حكماً لا يحمل توقيع رئيس الجمهورية، قضى بالترخيص للسعودي الشيخ خالد بن سعود بن عبد الله الشبيلي بتملك مئة وستة وعشرين عقاراً في منطقة "رومية" و"عين سعادة" دفعة واحدة، وهي عقارات يبلغ مجموع مساحتها أكثر من ثمانمئة وعشرين ألف متر مربع.

سكاف، وفي حديث إلى قناة "المنار"، أكد انه باع أراضيه لتسديد دين يتوجب عليه، مشيرا إلى انه جرب بيع هذه الأراضي للمسيحيين إلا أنهم لا يملكون القدرة. ولفت إلى جهات في السلطة حاولت "إستغلال مديونيته للحصول على أرضه بأبخس الأثمان"، متهما السنيورة يبيع أراضي المسيحيين للعائلة المالكة السعودية.
كما كشف سكاف عن سجلات عقارية تظهر شراء خمسة عقارات في بلدة "بدنايل" مساحتها ثلاثة وثلاثين مليون متراً مربعاً من آل سليمان وحيدر المنتمين للطائفة الشيعية. المشتر هو شركة السلام للتطوير العقاري يرأس مجلس إدارتها جان أبي راشد، أما المالك الأساسي فهو السعودي الشريف زيد المقرب من العائلة المالكة

There is nothing called christian lands, these are Lebanese lands and he's selling Lebanon to the Saoudians, God knows why !! maybe it's related with their plan to settle the palestinians in Lebanon.

The deputy earn 8 500 000 LL per month without taking into consideration the additional services that he gets.
anyway MP Skaf debt is obviously in millions of $. he was talking that his land is about 14 millions $$ and he sold it to pay his debt.

there's an old arabic saying:

أنا وابن عمّي عالغريب

which means, the lands should be sold for the Lebanese citizens, there's many ppl without homes, so fakkir bi sha3bak ba3den fakkir bi sha3eb barra...

then the goverment must buy such lands in order to inhabitate their people .... instead of letting it be sold to the outsiders

Dude don't talk about something you don't know about.
Not long time ago the government denied that Lebanese land are being sold to non Lebanese that they're able ONLY to owe 2.5% midre 3% i don't remember exactly from the Lebanese territory saying that it didn't reach that level yet.
So seeing the ratios of buying lands especially the Christian ones make some people suspecting of what's going on especially about neutralizing the Palestinians in Lebanon.

Listen guys, the plan is simple and clear.

The plan consists of: retrieving the economical wealth being of the people especially the christians. The christians will akid sell their houses and earnings in order to emigrate, they will sell in the minimum price coz they are over the heads with the sucking situation. Who bought the houses through agents: akid hariri through his agents who will get percentage akid. Hariri then sold the houses and territories to saudi guys who paid 10 times what he bought ( that;s how he made a part of his fortune in lebanon..). The saudi guys have an agreement with the Israeilis directly or through the USA ( who has american bases in KSA) to give the territories to Palestinians. In return to this favor to Israel , the saudi boys will have:

1- the economical power that will allow them to overthrow the shias in iran
2- strategical military bases with the help of the americans to become the most powerful arabic country ( before iran akid) and secure their borders.
3- and who knows, make peace with israel and turn like jordan and egypt as touristical country .

علمت "النشرة" أن شيخًا سعوديًّا يحاول شراء قطعة أرض في ذوق مكايل قرب قصر فؤاد شهاب مصنّفة

وهي مُحاطة بالعقارات 744 و745 و777، وهذه الأرض عليها كنيسة القديس باسيليوس التابعة للجمعية الخيريّة للروم الكاثوليك، وكشفت مصادر رفيعة المستوى لـ"النشرة" أن الشيخ أبو أحمد اشترط إزالة الكنيسة الموجودة في العقار المذكور قبل البدء بعمليّة الشراء.

ان "النشرة" وبعد أن وضعت هذاا الخبر برسم المسؤولين اللبنانيين كافة لاتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة لمنع مثل هذا الخلل في المناطق المسيحيّة ومطالبتها للكنيسة أن تعي مسؤولياتها للتصرّف بسرعة لمنع عمليّة البيع التي تتمّ في وقت يحتفل فيه لبنان بعودة الأسرى من اسرائيل، علمت أن هذا الموضوع كان موضع جدل من خلال اجتماع ليلي حصل أمس ومن خلال اتّصالات سريعة بين المعنيين لتدارك حصول هذا الأمر.
