My e-mail's problem

hey all when i am entering my email they said the password is incorrect i am sure of my pass but what i thinkis that my friend made me smtg cz he asked me to sign out ....i signed out after 25 mn i resigned in it gives an invalid pass so plz help is it hacked or it freezed polz help it contains many confidential thinngs

go to ur friend and ask him abt the pass.
if it is frozen u can sign to the messenger but can't go to ur inbox.
and if hacked try forget my password if u know the secret question.
