BEST ISP In Lebanon

I Need Ur Opinion ALL OF YOU, My ISP wants to charge me 40$ for 96K speed and 100$ for 265K which is SOO CRAZY!!!, im thinkin of changing to VISP bas i need tajrebetkon ma3 el kel w wat do u prefer, btw no DSL still in our are,

well ken fi fastnet but the connection is soo bad right now!
what is ur current ISP?
if u can move to dsl from now .. if u do not download much. i heard cyberia and idm increased te monthly quota.

we all suffer of this problem, but I have heard that DSL has reached all lebanon. Check out Qgero...
And if you dont want DSL, you can check out: WIGO, the wireless internet
its too fast, it reaches to 1 mbps, I dont know the costs, but you can check it on the idm website (btw it has information for DSL)

Man Wigo's installaion fees are 300$ with a small quota, no i download too much, my internet is from a reseller of IDM, he changed from VISP {Global proof} to Another ISP which is IDM, no im not thinkin of DSL because of the quota issue and they didnt reach the Suntral ele 7adna...

i tried the visp 96 kbps 40$ conn. simply . IT ROX!!Go for it , ull have a download tht holds on for 20 seconds on 200 kbps , then it settles at 20 kbps , not mentionin the speed of openin sites ...

i am a VISP user from a retailer..128KB for 40$ unlimited download..its fairly good..but still expensive..50 $ for 256KB... i have friend using ogero's dsl ..its not always good..and the limit is 3gb..on the other hand wigo isnt that good ..the connection keeps on breaking..

There are no fastnet problems to be noted.. It's still way better than vISP

almost all the _illegal_ ISPs in Lebanon (i.e., كابل الحي ) get their connection from SatGate. So it's much or less the same service you're getting except for the extra goodies (e.g., local FTP access, or Game servers).

Sorry man but fastnet are still good, at least they're way better than other ISPs that's for sure especially for uploaders. i am not saying they're perfect but they are way better than any other ISP especially when you compare it to VISP (global proof...). i've been a fastnet user for about 3 years so far and so far i didn't see a better connection so i ll stick to them
