السبب الثاني ///

ربما يكون الخطا من العضو نفسه فمجرد ما تاتيه مشكلة من اي عضو او اي

اداري فينسحب بهدوؤ او يثير الضجة حول مشاكله !!!!!!!!!!! وهنا اعزائي

اقول يجب على العضو ان يراجع نفسه لان السبب فيه

السبب الثالث ///

عدم اهتمام المشرفين بالعضو المميز ... تقولون لي كيف ذلك

ساقول لكم بعدم ارسال الرسائل الخاصة والتحفيزيه له كدعم وتشجيع ليواصل

ما كان عليه من جده وابداع وتفانن بالعمل فنجد اغلب المشرفين هداهم الله

في جميع ال؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ يجد نفسه اكبر من العضو بحكم منصبه سواء كان مشرفا

ام مراقبا ,, الخ فعندما يرد على ذلك العضو فتجد في رده نوعا من الكبرياء

وعدم التناقش مع العضو حول موضوعه وهنا العضو تجده يتذمر وربما يفضل

الانسحاب لعدم الاهتمام به ,,,

السبب الرابع //

عندما تحصل مشكلة ما ويكلم ادارته على هذه المشكلة فاحيانا لا يجد العضو

اهتماما من الادارة البتة ... ما هو سبب ذلك لا اعلم !!!!!!!!!!!

هل هو المشتكى عليه على صلة بالادارة او بينهم صداقة ومعرفه

لا اعلم ذلك ففي هذه الحاله سينسحب العضو لعدم اهتمام ادارته به

او يورد المشاكل والفتن حتى يسترجع حقه !!!!!!!! ونصيحتي لمثل هؤلاء

الذين تاتيهم مثل هذه المشكلة ان يستعينو بالله عز وجل اولا واخيرا ثم

يستنجد باقرب اداري له متفاهم معه يعرف ان يزن الامور وبعمل ذلك

فلا تاتي المشاكل باذن الله تعالي

السبب الخامس //

عندما يستغل بعض المشرفين صلاحياتهم ويعدلون في رد ذلك العضو وهو

لم يرد برد مخالف فتجد العضو في هذه الحالة يتذمر من هذه المعاملة

ويبحث عن اي منتدى اخر يشاهد العدل فيه وعدم استغلال السلطة !!!!

السبب السادس //

ربما تحصل مشاكل بين هذا العضو وعضو اخر فتجد العضو يقول اما يبقى هذا

او انا وهنا المشكلة حقا فكيف يريد حلا مناسبا يرضيه وهو بهذه الطريقة فيفضل

الانسحاب ان لم يستجاب لرغبته وهنا اقول لن تضر اي احدا بانسحابك فانسحابك

هذا يعتبر ضعفا وجبنا منك ايها العضو

السبب السابع //

كما تعلمون اعزائي ان جميعنا ليس بمعصوم عن الخطا ولكن هناك اناس ينتضرون

الزلة من ذلك العضو حتى يبعدونه عن المنتدى او يضيقون الباب عليه باثارة

المشاكل عليه فهنا اقول لا تعجز عزيزي العضو من هذه المشكلة فكل مشكلة لها

حل فعليك عزيزي ان تتصبر وتحتسب اجرك عند الله ولا تنسحب لان الحق

سيظهر يوما ما وسيتم اصلاح جميع مشاكلك بحول الله وقوته سواء كان

بطريقة الصلح بين متخاصمك وانت او بطريقة اخرى لا نعلمها !!!

لسبب الثامن //

احيانا الظروف الاسرية او كما تسمى الظروف الخاصة قد تبعد هذا العضو

عن اخوانه واخواته بالمنتدى

Reason 1.

We should all accept the fact that not every thread we come up with is interesting enough for people to reply to....

Reason 2

He/She shouldn't leave...problems should be pointed out to him/her in a respectful manner and side issues must be resolved in PMs

Reason 3

This is a forum not a classroom....it is no one's job or duty to encourage or congratulate a person who has been posting useful stuff...Be it from an administrator, moderator or just another member, criticism is what builds useful threads not thanks and encouragements

Reason 4

I haven't faced a similar problem so I don't know

Reason 5

I had very unpopular ideas in many threads, in some posts they might have been provocative but since they were not disrespectful, none of these posts were deleted...The code followed by the moderators for deleting posts seems perfect till now

Reason 6

Whoever says "it is either me or him" and then leaves is a good rid-off....

Reason 7

You are giving the thing more than it deserves...if two people had some kinda problem it should be solved through PMs...If they are so childish to solve their problems,moderators can interfere....

Reason 8

Just unfortunate ....

leaving it wil be better coz i do'nt wanna get my posts deleted w ana metel el atrash bel zaffeh, may be i'll disable the option that i receive an e mail after every pm byousalneh , coz every day i delete about 20 or 30 vcoderz e mail and shi 50 from facebook
if u're thinking of disabling anything , let it be the reason . most of the time the reason is sillier(jeyeh men kelmet silly) than the deleted post itself (if the word itself exits)
