يعتقد النائب ميشيل عون بأن عبر طرحه الشرط القائل "ان تكون ولاية الرئيس العتيد فقط لمدة عامين" هي فرصة له بعد الانتخابات النيابية المقبلة في عام 2009 لكي يصبح رئيسا" للجمهورية , ظنا" منه بأن عبر تحالفه مع ما يسمى حزب الله يستطيعون ان يكتسحوا المجلس !! ء
من المعروف ان القانون الجديد للانتخاب لن يصدّق عليه الاّ بغالبية الثلثين, مما يضمن حفظ حقوق قوى 14 آذار و كذلك قوى 8 آذارء . لذا لا اعتقد بأن اي قانون عادل سيطرح سيؤمن للمعارضة غالبية الثلثين في المجلس النيابي القادم.ء

و انطلاقا" من هنا على ماذا يتكّل ميشيل عون بعد عامين؟
فلو افترضنا (مع انه صعب ) و
لكن في أسوأ الأحوال ان المجلس الجديد قد أعطى المعارضة نسبة ال 55 % و قوى 14 آذار 45% , فكيف عندها يمكن لعون ان يؤمنّ غالبية الثلثين لكي يتم انتخابه؟
فهل سيعمد الى النصف زائد واحد !!! ؟

من الواضح ان ميشيل عون لم يصل تفكيره الى هنا لكي يدرك بأنه لن يستطيع ان يكون رئيسا" للجمهورية بعد عامين و لا بعد خمسين عام
