وضع خروف في العــاصمة اليمنية صنعاء حداً لحياته، عشية عيد الأضحى، في ما بدا أشبه بالانتحار.

وفوجئ اليمني علي محمد حسين، في صبيحة الأضحى، حين حاول فتح باب غرفة في دكانه، حيث كان يحتجز «خروف العيد» تمهيداً لذبحه، بعدما وجــد أن الخروف أغلق على نفســه الباب من الداخل.

وبعد محاولات عــدة لفتح الباب انتهت بكسر قفله، اكتشف حسين أن خروفه لفظ أنفاسه بعدما شنق نفسه ـ عن قصد أو عن غير قصد ـ بحبل كان مربوطاً إلى خناقه داخل المحل.

وتحولت فرحة العيد لدى صاحب الخروف إلى حزن وكمد

Poor animals, they always pay for the happiness of others. i can't imagine seeing someone killing a sheep or any other animal.
However i think the animal knew that he's gonna die.

if u're not a vegeterian , u should'nt comment on that in the first place

but i'm having troubles to blieve that sheeps can commit suicide , especially , the idea of hanging themselves

No i m not a vegetarian but i can't see someone killing a poor powerless animal. i just freak out!
