When you will be convinced, I will be. How is that for a deal?

I'm laughing my a** off to see that some ppl have reached such lengths to attack FPM that they now claim HA is becoming less sectarian than FPM.
You are oversensitive with matters regarding FPM. It's like insulting your mother. You shouldn't take it that personal, it's acceptable to criticize a political party. Hadn't it been worth the criticism, people wouldn't have criticized it.

The point was to show that even HA did not go as far as FPM in fighting for the "rights" of their communities. If you're laughing you arse off, then you are truly oblivious to what is happening, you're not watching OTV, hearing Jibran Bassil or Abi Ramia, or reading Tayyar.org.

Exclamation Re: Sanyoura's Poster In Tareek el Jdide

Summarizing the "big" event, Sanioura gang just showed us once again who wants to turn the country into an islamic one, who acted purely sectarian and who wants to steal others authorities.

But a thief remains always a thief right?

Get your facts straight before posting, whats worse is that you build conclusions !

no deal. U could have tackled FPM's lack of secularism these days in another way, but u decided to use the civil society argument. I simply told u that working for equality is one of the basics to reach a civil society.

Lol. there are 2 types of criticism: positive and negative. I am a proponent of the former, however I am intolerant of the latter. Your comment about FPM being more sectarian than HA is a very laughable statement. Needless to say that the arguments used to defend this statement of urs are either half-truths, or subjective opinion at the very least.

I know that FPM has been lately resorting to many sectarian notions bc it deemed fit that the current situation required it. It's sad really that FPM is for the moment favoring the long short goals and putting the long term objectives on halt.
Nevertheless, many notions being made by FPM officials and GMA these days should happen if Lebanon were to become a civil society. If u want to talk reality, christians are being treated like second class citizens in Lebanon, in public institutions, in politics, etc... This isn't an ingredient for a healthy country, and asking for equality is a must.
By the way, many demands declared by GMA are political maneuvers to corner the loyalists and not actually derived from sectarian background. For example, GMA's latest demand about "putting in the constitution the right of the president to have the blocking third" was a counter-maneuver by GMA to 14 feb's claim that the opposition should not have 1/3 +1 alone, but for it to be secured by the president in order to give him some influence.

Not everything is what it seems.
