please let anything about purchase be in PM.

second, what the hell are you thinking??
in NO WAY you will be able to get vista running fairly by upgrading your system, well, there are 2 (if not 3) newer sockets from AMD, you will not find comaptible processors, and most importantly, 1gb of sd ram will cost you 250$ and i'm not kidding.
go get a core 2 duo E6550 (2.33ghz, monster!), 1 or 2 gb of ram 667mhz and a new intel motherboard like the DP35DP (no built in VGA, but u can find similar ones with VGA) and optionally, add a geforce, depending on how much u wanna pay.

do not upgrade a PC unless it worth it.
yi3ni if u have a celeron 1.3Ghz and 256 ram.
don't put p4 2.4 and 1 Gb of ram.
buy a new PC.
u won't regret
