go to add remove programms check for any suspicious apps and remove them, then allo to see hidden files and folders and check or search for anything like dialer.exe, buddy.exe and delete all the cookies of IE and the cache too plus the temp int folder

Dude dont stop explorer.exe, ma b 3oud yemshe l pc
 .just check for any suspicious applications running in the backrground, by click ctrl alt del, then process w fatesh bayneton. When u find them, go to run, type msconfig and configure the programs u want to run on startup, dont stop any system sequences. |
