very nice idea, as a matter of fact i was thinking to make an application that lists vcoderz updates in facebook. but i m not sure if it's possible to insert external links into the application like javascript embed.

I can cover listing the vcoderz updates in this application.
And yes, you can't insert external links into the application like javascript embed, you can't even support the application with css forms, facebook made restrictions on lots of things.
