Miscrosft, as you already know, has launched their new service "Windows Live" which you use, starting from Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live Mail and etc.

Among those services, there is the WLinstall software which you need to download (and it'll automatically install) the chosen softwares. Along with the Windows Live Messenger (WLM). The WLM's lastest version is 8.5.1302.1018
