- Does anybody know how to assign the keyboard keys or remap them ?
I have excel and word keys on my keyboard that don't work anymore after uninstalling office 2006 and installing office XP ... Is it something related to the office or the keyboard ? Thank You ...

first, go back to office 2007
second, google your keyboard, and find it's software, this is the only way to remap special buttons. i say that it is probably an office issue, not the keyboard.

i guess this is what you want, and concerning the office issue, it is not just a difference of versions, the office 2007 template is just amazing, and office 2003 seems retarded a little now:P.

actualy you need to see the keyboard layout in the windows you ar eusing
u can add and remove keyboards from the regional and language setup, for example : if you are using english united kingdom and you have a us keyboard, the \ and the # will be replacing each other, try to figure out and try to see wich version you got
