I think that you want to slow-down a game not to pause it, am I right?!
Some games need to be slowed in order to win ( like Jetman on facebook )
If that is what you want, send me your email so i can send you a single file that
slows down the CPU at a certain percentage that you choose...
you can also make the browser slower by changing with its process priority in the task manager, but this may only work with the slow PCs but it deserve to give it a try...
