Hizbullah should have backed the demonstrations against the Syrian occupation and future movement should have backed Hizbullah against the war launched by Israel at least by not serving tea to the occupier.
However no one can deny that future movement never said NO to an occupier it either served them for 15 years or served tea to the killer of our children.

القضاء العسكري يتابع محاكمة المتهمين بالتخطيط لاغتيال نصرالله

تمعت المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة برئاسة العميد الركن ماهر صفي الدين الى ثلاثة شهود في قضية (محاولة اغتيال الامين العام لحزب الله السيد حسن نصرالله في العام 2006 والتي يحاكم فيها 12 شخصاً هم: غسان الصليبي، سراج الدين الصليبي، ابراهيم الصليبي، يوسف قبرصلي، علي خالد والفلسطيني احمد الرشيد (موقوفون)، ومحمد الصليبي، زياد يموت، ابراهيم العرب، صافي العرب، عبدالله الصليبي (مخلى سبيلهم) والفلسطيني محمد قبلاوي المتواري عن الانظار والذي يحاكم غيابياً.

وبعد مثول المتهمين في القفص بحضور وكلاء الدفاع عنهم، افاد الشاهد ايلي الحاج انه يعمل مع وزير الدفاع الياس المر ولا يعرف اياً من المتهمين، الا انه نظم 11 رخصة سلاح لغسان صليبي وجماعته بناءً لطلب بسام الزين الذي يعمل في وزارة الثقافة واحمد دلول الذي يعمل مع الوزير السابق محسن دلول ولم يخطر في باله ان يكون وراء ذلك اي عمل مشبوه.
اما الشاهد السوري سميح الناطور فأوضح ان غسان الصليبي كان يعمل محاسباً في شركة يملكها وشقيقه، وان الصليبي اشترى منه مواداً غذائية باربعة ملايين ليرة لم يدفع له ثمنها حتى الآن نافياً علمه بأي نشاط امني لهذا المتهم.

كذلك استمعت المحكمة الى افادة الشاهد جمال المصري الذي اكد انه ينتمي والمتهم غسان الصليبي الى (جمعية اهل الدعوة والتبليغ التي تهدف الى مساعدة المحتاجين ولا تتعاطى الامور السياسية. وان الصليبي هو من خيرة شبابها وذو سمعة جيدة)، وقال (لقد فوجئنا جميعاً عندما تم توقيفه في هذه القضية). مشدداً على ان (الشرط الاساسي للانتماء الى جمعية اهل الدعوة هو ان يكون المنتسب نظيفاً وغير تابع الى اي حزب او تنظيم سياسي).

وعقب المتهم الصليبي على قول الشاهد الناطور بأنه اشترى منه مواد غذائية ولم يسدد ثمنها بان هذه المواد وزعها على الفقراء والمحتاجين، ولم يدفع قيمتها لانه اوقف منذ ذلك الوقت). وبعد الانتهاء من سماع الشهود ارجئت الجلسة الى 12 تموز المقبل للاستماع الى مطالعة النيابة العامة ومرافعات وكلاء الدفاع واصدار الحكم.
