FTP help

hey ..i am havin problem
i can open the fastnet ftp from internet explorer .....but it doesnt open from mozilla firefox..+now i got the explorer 7 and he 's not workin so no solution other tham mozilla what should i do ? (the internet explore i download it is not workin at all i can open a page but cant choose anything from the page +the tabs arent workin)

check for proxy server settings...

did u donwload it from microsoft? thie is the direct link
besides mozilla firefox is much more safer and faster...
