and why getting them from outside ??
if they need 4000 to 5000 more soldiers to protect Beyrut, there is a lot of Lebanese guys who are ready to enter in the Army... let them call for volunteers if they need.

but Geagea's aim is not protecting Beyrut but something else, all what he wants to is targeting the Lebanese Army, because he know very well that the Lebanese Army will never betray the resistance, and maybe by having Arab forces in Lebanon he can use them to spy on and attack the resistance.

anyway, same sh*t from the same man, whatever he say is worthless and without any value.
