Also this challenge took enough time... so I will post the solution...
First of all the persons who solved this challenge are:
Tinman, polo (Only these two guys!!!)

The solution:
This challenge IS easy for those who know Unix commands...
It was straight forward, and I don't think that finding the letters behind the stars was a big problem and especially after I gave a hint...
Anyways, the three commands are respectively:

chmod a+x logs.txt
rm logs.txt
rm logs/track_logs.php

Sorry Bro But There Is Something Wrong With Your Solution Also ( Another Than If You Don't Have Permissions On The File You Can't chmod It, I Will Ignore That )
But Let's Say You Are Able To Give It Some Permissions, As I Saw From "chmod a+x" That You Gave It Execute Permissions For User, Group, And Others! But To Delete A File You Need Write Permissions Man
Ya3ni Let's Say That The log.txt's Permissions Was -rw-r--r-- Which Means 644, If You Did That "chmod a+x logs.txt" or "chmod 755 logs.txt" (The Same) The Permissions Will Bi Like So -rwxr-xr-x, And Though You Have No Write Permissions So You Can't Delete!!
So Your First Command Must Be Even "chmod a+rwx logs.txt" or "chmod 777 logs.txt"

HizbullaH my dear, don't judge things and say they are wrong without reading, checking and making sure that they are wrong...
I'm not going to reply to what you wrote because what I wrote before was so clear...

I wrote:
Ya3ne we are supposing that you have the ability to change permissions but in the same time you are not a root...
And we are supposing also that the file permission is rw- (without the execute)...
You need to change the permission of the file in order to see if your name is on the list of the most wanted (That's waht the story says )

but the idea was totally wrong, i am not saying the idea of the challenge, but i meant the idea of changing permissions and so... you can ask any linux user here in the forum... ask xcoder
what i am telling you is to start with them from a write base...
because if you are building a house with a wrong base, it will fall down

Things to mention:

-I'm not taking anything as personal, I don't know why are you thinking that way...
And don't say "ok ma3ash 7a etdakhal", no one is putting restrictions on you or don't want you to talk...
-The challenge was very clear, I told the user everything (cherbayne yehon bel mal3a) what he have to do...
-Like I said before, maybe the scenario wasn't clear from the beginning, but this does bot mean that the user cannot solve the challenge (2 members solved the challenge)... However I clarified the challenge story after...
-You have to stick to the rules... and what I meant by this phrase is that "this is a challenge and not a tutorial"... the challenge maker is free to put the challenge environment and rules like he want...
-So the idea of changing permissions is not wrong in this challenge...
-I'm not the one who needs to ask Unix users... I'm currently upgrading SOLARIS and writing my own changes...(Just for the info)
-About the house thing... I repeat: This is a challenge not a tutorial!

There is only one solution for this challenge!
I was clear when I mentioned to use a+x ...
So do not drift out of the challenge
This challenge took me 10 minutes to prepare, I didn't simulated a whole Unix environement... so 3amahlak 3layna

All the challenges I posted here are typical challenges...
So If you go to other sites that provides hacking challenges, you will notice that the challenges are similar...
