This is a WORM!!! it is called "BRONTOC" search for Brontoc removal tools, and for combofix (make sure you get the latest edition of combofix) and the bad news is that you will need to format your pc because if it;s BRONTOC RaA7ET 3LEIK!
it means that it has already infected and changed the root files, there is no possible way to recover those unless you do a specific repair to the windows or format

anyway i am 100% sure it;s brontoc

well the combo fix thing ddnt work , folder options vanished , control+alt+delete nd registry editing is disabled!

And about the disabled features... you can restore them by deleting some registry values located in:

Google for Brontoc and it;s ocnsequences.... it's a very smart worm that changes core files into your computer... ye3neh el pc ndarab!!!
3am bet falsaf because it happened to me men zamein and i formated the pc AFTER i REMOVED the virus because i couldnt restore the core files. i dont remeber the tools that i have used but i think its AVERT Stinger, and search for brontoc removal tool.
