![]() bored with ur old start button name , wanna change it and put wtvr u want ? okay here we go : ___step 1___ You need a software called resource hacker , you can download it from here: http://www.soft32.com/Download/Free/.../4-3568-1.html ___step 2___ Navigate to You're windows directory , and search for explorer.exe Find it ? cool now Make a copy of explorer.exe put it somewhere safe.___step 3___ After downloading Reshack , open it , and open from it "explorer.exe" Once opened ; u should do this : a) open string table b) 37 c) 1033 Ok great , now change the text "start" to wtver u want and compile script and save it in the windows directory as "explorer1.exe" ___final step___ Go to start >> run >> regedit then search for this key : [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Cu rrentVersion\Winlogon] Once there search for the value named Shell and make it equal to "explorer1.exe" without quotes . Now u can restart your pc to the changes take effects , or just hit control+alt+delete >> processes >> explorer.exe >> end process then hit file >> New task run >> write explorer1.exe and press ok Tada u have ur new start name button |

if u did all the steps correctly , u shouldn't have problems .
Ntebih l space makes a difference. Iza 3meltella save as explorer1.exe go and write in the new task run explorer1.exe not explorer 1.exe PS: don't forget to end process explorer.exe before accelerating ur new explorer1.exe Or u can forget abt all that stuff, just when ur done with the regedit , restart ur pc. |
