Default Re: The way we SLEEP

I sleep with 2 pillows under my head, one on top of the other and I hug another pillow
I sleep on my sides, usualy the right side

medical note: it's better to sleep on the right side, the left side is where your heart lies, sleeping on the left will disturb the heart and the digestive system

source: I forgot

this is a true fact mr_j

P.S. dun do that when u r pregnant sleepin on the right side will hinder the blood flow to the baby and will exert extra pressure
when u r pregnant sleep on ur left side

abstract from americanpregnancy.org:

The best sleep position during pregnancy is "SOS" (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent and a pillow between your legs.

another abstract from Jodi Mindell, pediatric sleep expert"

Although there's no real harm in sleeping on your right side, lying on your left side is actually good for you and your baby: It improves the flow of blood and nutrients to the placenta and it helps your kidneys efficiently eliminate waste products and fluids from your body. That, in turn, reduces swelling in your ankles, feet and hands. If you train yourself to sleep on your left side early on, you'll have an easier time falling asleep when your belly is bulging later.

sometimes, I do like coolmind, 5 mins right, 5 min left and so dunno why too, makes you probably feel adjusted to both sides. Sometimes I sleep ijr 3a ijr, not kidding.
but usually on the side is the best especially with a hand under the pillow, and then changing positions while sleeping is good too although that comes without intention.
