و أكرر و أعيد : المجرم وجب علينا تأديبه حتى يعترف بجريمته و يؤدي كل مستحقات الدَين للذين أجرم بحقهم
يعني بمعنى ثان : القاتل يُقتل و لو بعد حين (أو الظالم يُعاقب و لو بعد حين ) الا ان اعترف بجريمته (ظلمه ) و طلب الغفران ليبرأ نفسه أمام المقتول (أو المظلوم )و أمام ذويه و أمام الناس جميعا و أن يُقرّ بخطئه في الدنيا أمام الله ليكون بريء الذمة أمام الله و المقتول(أو المظلوم ) و ذويه يوم القيامة


نهاية ..هذا ليس رأي انا انما هذا هو دين الله عند اليهود عند المسيحيين و عند الإسلام

Anyway to the topic of the thread? An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.....The first most primitive law man created. I am against it because of a lot of reasons. The above law doesn't even consider the possibility of the person performing the act at the first time being psychologically or mentally ill in need of treatment as opposed to being killed. The law above didnt see what many and many murderers later on in their life after the right rehabilitation managed to do and the many ways they helped society. In many countries. prisoners with long terms are the main source of blood donations made. In other countries they serve as cheap labor in areas normal labor won't work at. Many become religious and become at peace with themselves and repent their acts. Jails and prisons are not only expenses to the states but also money making institutions. Besides, if the man killed ur mom and this made u an orphan, by killing him back you have decided to punish his children or any family he has for example who probably had nothing to do with it. People are so excited about killing each other that they forget how final such decision is and how far reaching its results can be by affecting people who had no fault in the same place.

P.S. Whenever u find an answer to a moral question or dilemma easy (like in this case, an eye for an eye), you can safely assume it is not the best answer u will find cuz life's moral dilemmas are complicated and can't be generalized and then solved like this.
