starting from the last screen,
start - run - msconfig - boot - you will see 2 windows xp, delete the second

First, open a command prompt. Click start, then run and enter cmd, then click ok.
Rnter the following command to see the boot info "bootcfg /query"
(this will display your boot settings, what you will need is to take note of which boot entry ID you wish to delete.)
Then type the following "bootcfg /delete /id 2
(In this case we have chosen to delete the second OS entry which we noted down earlier from the bootcfg query command.)
Then once you restart you won't get the option to pick what OS you want to load.

The above is good if you uninstalled an OS but XP still queries you which OS to load.
about the others,
www.google.com > get a driver for you network card. uninstall the current, and install the newly downloaded one, that should work.

I Think That From Your BIOS You Did The First Boot Device Is Network, So Change It To HDD Or CD-ROM...
With Respect To The Dual Boot, Do What KingRoudy Said, Or Open My Computer And Type: "C:\boot.ini" A NotePad Will Open To You Contains Some Text

Quote:
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOW S
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWZ="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect
As You Can See The Default One Is Windows And The Other Is Windowz, I Am Sure It Is Different To You, And You Might Have Them Both With Name "Windows", In That Case One Copy Will Be On C: And The Other On D: Or Somewhere Else... Anyways Delete The One That Is Not Working... Let's Say That WINDOWZ Is Not Working So You'll Delete This Line
Quote:
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWZ="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect
By The Way If You Have Two Working Copies You Can Rename Them In The Dual Boot By Changing The Text Of "Microsoft Windows XP Professional"
