Based on this thread i thought asking you this question in here

Do you think the fact of abortion is a crime or not??
Some says that God understands when a raped woman does not wish to have the child of her attacker and some says that its not

so what do you think guys??

from my pt of view i think abortion is not a crime...
everybody does mistakes and sometimes to correct it u will have no other choice than aborting. and as u said if a girl was raped she might not want to give birth to the child.
i think that these issues should be legaled everywhere w kil wa7ad yostofil what to do in his life

But in that way she is killing a child! a soul! so this aint a crime??

After gettin rapped and knowing that shes pregnant (after doin the test of course) she should directly react and call her doctor to c what they can do. in the early weeks the "baby" is only cells without "any soul" and gettin rid of these cells isnt a crime since we're not killin anyone here!

In my own opinion 3 weeks since pregnancy is an acceptable period for abortion since it will be in the first stage...
Some people cannot hold responsibility of some actions like teenage pregnancy or rape or no support ability.
Yet, months old abortion is a crime, a decision should be taken fast.

If the woman doesn't want the baby there are other options....

w kamena whether you look at the moment of conception, the first heartbeat, first movement, first thought, birth, age 1, age 2, age 50, etc., etc., etc., The same creature still exists.

i don't think abortion is a crime like most of you said.....i think that abortion should be done when necessary (if the child has some sort of 2i3aka or the mother or parents don't want it etc etc etc) because 1st lets say the parents doesn't want the baby or the girl has been raped the child has a big percentage not to be educated and "thrown" in the streets and this can raise the level of crimes drugs etc etc etc.......2nd if the child has some sort of " 2i3aka jasadye " and the parents are sure he can't heal....so why let him live a hard and painful life and becuz it's not mental he'll be "we3e" that his not normal....

Fortunately it's not the case in early stages, otherwise masturbation or safe sex could be considered as crimes as well.

Tony, i totally second what you said but should be more detailed in such thing. Because abortion in middle or late stages is killing a real life, a real child. And it's not up to us to decide or predict their future.

well i think in middle stage it's also not wrong to make the abortion.....i don't remember where i've read it but i think the fetus don't feel the pain in the 1st 7 months (i'm not sure about this info.....) anw.....it's a matter of making a family and raising a new baby so there are times u need more then 2 or 3 monthes to decide.......and about the prediction of their future.....i didn't predict i said there's a big percentage that means why taking the risk since the child has a big percentage that he'll end up in the streets without education....of course this risk is always there even in good families but it's not that big.....
