if someone was checking some sites from my pc and he deleted the history is there any way i can know wish sites he was surfing ?

go to the temporary internet files and sort them by date... you can deduce which sites he was checking at that specific time
in addition, if you are using NAV 2006, under connections , you could find the IP that were connected to some ports of your PC at specific times... whoIS them and youy can know which sites he was checking...
