التبولة والحمص والفلافل! لبنانية أم إسرائيلية ؟
"حرب جديدة بين لبنان واسرائيل، لكنها هذه المرة ليست سياسية او جغرافية، بل تدور حول المطبخ اللبناني وتحديدا بعض الاطباق والسندويشات"! هذه خلاصة الموضوع الذي تناولته امس صحيفتا "هآرتس" الاسرائيلية و"غارديان" البريطانية تعليقا على تصريح لرئيس جمعية الصناعيين فادي عبود كشف فيه عن نيته رفع دعوى ضد اسرائيل مطالبا بحق ملكية طبق الفلافل!

والموضوع الذي اثار وسائل الاعلام العربية والاجنبية امس، يعود الى موقف عبود من لجوء اسرائيل الى تأكيد حق ملكيتها لعدد من الاصناف اللبنانية مثل الفلافل والتبولة والحمص، الامر الذي يكبد اللبنانيين خسائر بعشرات ملايين الدولارات سنويا. وقال عبود ان العمل جار حاليا من اجل دفع الحكومة اللبنانية الى تسجيل الملكية الفــكــريــة لهــذه الاصناف لدى الاتحاد الاوروبي بغية حفظ حق لبنان.

i know kebbe nayye is pure lebanese cze simply it's an arabic word, bt trust me they're much smarter than that....... like wat is known in greece as fetta cheese is a well known kind of labne' known in lebanese villages as "AMBARIS", since i was born i used to eat "AMBARIS" at day3a, and in australia i've found out that i can still eat "AMBARIS" bt it's known as fetta cheese here, same 4 "jibnit 7aloum, it's known as boccocini, well same food 4 different names...........bt am pretty sure fetta cheese is originally greek, in boccocini is italian, so when israelis wanna take the kibbe nayye of course they'll call it different name, btw guys, i've found out that even 3ara2 is also found in the greek culture, same 3ara2 the one we do bt got different name...........
