Well, at least in the Usa you don't see guns legally given to civilians, there are people with weapon in the US, but that is in not legitimate, as for our countries you take your weapons to the demonstrations... or you can even use them when you're happy for your son or daughter who just got married Please grow up and know how to compare.

Not true : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_Law..._United_States . I know lots of people buy guns Illegally in the US, but this doesn't mean what you're saying is right.

Lol, it doesn't have to be in a school, I remember some years ago a guy with a machine gun went to the street and started shooting people, it was in Lebanon, I just don't remember the date and the name of that person. Anyways, such things could happen anywhere, there no such thing as a perfect country, but there are countries that are better than others.
