Your ip is the same one as in another computer , u need to tell ur isp to fix this , hell give u a new ip adress.

Someone is changing his IP address so it made a conflict.

a program called network magic can take car of this by simply commanding the software to fix the connextion and it will get you a new ip.. i have tried it it;s very professional
