I totally accept with the first part as for the second part it's not about how much she or he does it, it's about not having it with every person he or she meets and abuse his or her sexual life.
However every person has the right to decide what to do with his own body and life, no one has the right to lecture anyone especially the ones who make "exceptions" based on the person sex.
