Seeking for the Best Browser…Acid3 test


Years passed after launching the “web 2.0″ but till now we still missing an essential thing : a perfect browser.
Infinity Labs team will reveal this mystery by testing 5 main and common used browsers with the Acid Test .



The following browsers will be tested:

• Mozilla Firefox 3.1
• Internet explorer 7
• Google Chrome
• Safari 3
• Opera 10.0 alpha

They will be tested by : Acid3 Test.

Acid3 is primarily testing specifications for “Web 2.0″ dynamic Web applications. Also there

The test:

• Mozzila Firefox: I was surprised when i saw the results on Firefox , thought that Firefox was the perfect browser but i was wrong , I’m still using it tho since there’s some essential addons that im using…Here’s the result:

• Internet Explorer 7 : well i wasn’t surprise at all , we all know that IE sucks , No offense to a majority of people that still using Internet explorer hope they ‘ll change their minds after they see the following result.

• Google Chrome : Speedwise Google chrome gave a relative good result , I think it will score a 100/100 when the official version is available.

• Safari 3: Mac freaks…Safari gave a relative good result too here it is:

• Opera 10 : Last but not least the new opera browser that made a full score on the Acid3 test , It was at the first time i use opera and guess what ? I love it , it’s user friendly and you will notice the speed difference…No more talking here’s the result.

i tested the IE 6.0 and it got only 11/100
im a firefox user and 71 isnt that bad after all... im not changin to Opera

I love my firefox !!
I just cnt imagine how some people can still use IE !!

Well, we cannot really rely on the results of this test, there are other measurements to take into consideration when testing a browser...
By the way, I'm a Firefox user and developer.
