i was speaking wiht one of keblon isp' guys, and the quota thing is a dream, the true problem here as he told me that OGEROS cables can;t hold more data or so it's the infrastructure of OGERO yelli m3attra, and what is really holding them to put DSL all over lebanon is that the infrastructure is soo bad
