How to download videos from Facebook?

I urgently need to download some videos from Facebook.
I would like to know how can I do it, & if there is a special software I should use it.

Just download IDM the latest, it will do the work, you can download videos from any website you want and not only from facebook

you can download orbit downloader and then use grab c++ (its located it the tools section) then you can download all type of media in any page here is the link of orbit

Thank for you reply, I downloaded it, run it bass ma fhemet how to use the c++? it's a little complicated

To download click here, and about using it, just install the program and whatever video you want to download it click on play and put the mouse cursor on the video, it will pop-up a "Download Video with IDM" something like that, click on that and done

The Plugin doesn't work for Firefox 3.0
